Return or Exchange
Thank you for shopping with The Vest Practice. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance therefore we are pleased to accept timely returns of new, unused products.

To Request a Refund or Exchange
- You must email us on email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment
- Next in the email please clearly state if you want to return the garment for a refund, or exchange your purchase for a site credit (same or higher value).
- In addition please state the reason why. We can issue site credit and make an exchange where a size does not fit. However we can only do this after we receive the garment returned in perfect condition.
- Unfortunately we do not issue refunds if you change your mind so please choose carefully.
- Equally important to note that return shipping is at the Purchasers expense and we recommend you track the shipment to avoid losses in transit. Should the garment be lost we will be unable to issue a refund.
- As soon as you request the refund or exchange send us the vest in it’s original packaging and with documentation to:

Receiving Your Refund
- Once we receive the returned item in excellent condition, your refund will be processed within 5 working days
- Next, once complete you will receive an email confirmation
- Then the refund will be charged to the original payment method (credit card).
Receiving Your Site Credit
- Likewise if you wish to exchange a garment for another size or colourway, please dispatch the garment to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment
- Likewise notify us via email of your intention to request a new size or colour so we can hold stock
- Finally, once we receive the garment, we’ll notify you in 5 working days that a site credit has been added to your TVP account for the equivalent value.
- You can also exchange for a higher value item. We’ll invoice you for the difference separately.

The purchased products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, envelopes or carry bags. Any returned products which are damaged, stretched, pulled or soiled, or which do not include the packaging materials, will not be eligible for refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is necessary due to a fault in the product. As such we recommend sending return items insured to avoid a possible loss or theft in transit.
When we receive any returned products we first inspect them to check for any damage.
Once we ensure the condition of the returned item we will then charge a refund within 3 business days.
Your refund can only be made to the original credit card or PayPal account.
